Mary Ann Egger, Assistant Dist. Governor in 06-07, presents Sarah Delaney of Minooka with a check for $150 for her 2nd place win out of 65 clubs on the District level of the 4-Way Test contest. Sarah's essay 1st won 1st place with our club. Rotarians Tom Srachta (from left), Tina Zugel and Kathy Glasscock pick up trash along Ford Road for Rotary's adopt-a-spot project. 2003 club President Terry Danek (right) and Vice-President Mike Wojtak kicked-off the club's first annual winter coat drive for area families in need. Harry McSteen presents 3rd grade students with dictionaries. All 3rd graders in Channahon and Minooka receive their own dictionaries in this school project. Jammer, the official mascot of the Joliet JackHammers, sits on Stella, a scooter raffled off in 2005 to raise funds for community projects.
Our first fundraiser was a raffle of this Jayco camper in 2004. Rick's RV in Joliet sponsored half the cost. Kathy Glasscock presents a check to Pioneer Path School to help fund the construction of the Lori Lyons Learning Center in 2006, in memory of the school's principal.
